Socket Managed Services LLC is Hiring an Accounts Receivable Bookkeeper Near Edison, NJ
Socket Managed Services specializes in back-office support for businesses, providing top-to-bottom management for emerging clients, allowing clients to focus on growing their businesses while SMS handles the leg-work. SMS provides customer service, AR / AP , inventory management, payroll processing, financial reporting, and more.
We are currently looking for an Accounts Receivable team member. Responsibilities include:
- Collections
- Cash application
- Chargeback reconciliation
- Invoicing
- Credit memos
- Assisting with reporting
- Customer communications
Knowledge of Excel is required
Familiarity with QuickBooks / Netsuite / SAP By Design is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with Shopify is a plus, but not required.
Familiarity with big chain retailers (Nordstrom, Neiman Marcus, Target, etc) and Amazon is a plus, but not required.
